Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce navigation to support revenue analytics and business decision-making. This role involves regular interaction with the executive team to review key business metrics and ensure Salesforce deals are accurately reflected in the (Power BI Report). The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills, experience handling sales data, and strong communication abilities to present insights to leadership.
Working Timings:
Ready to work as per eastern shift timings, (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST)
Work from office - Hyderabad location.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Salesforce Deal Review & Revenue Accuracy

Regularly audit and review Salesforce deals to ensure correct reporting of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

Identify and fix inconsistencies in opportunity stages, bookings, and revenue forecasts.

Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to maintain data integrity in Salesforce.
ARR Walk & Power BI Reporting

Ensure accurate representation of deals and revenue movement in the Power BI Report.

Analyze trends in revenue growth, churn, and expansion to provide strategic insights.

Collaborate with the BI team to enhance report accuracy and visualization.
Executive-Level Insights & Presentations
-
Engage frequently with the executive team to present key insights and recommendations.

Prepare high-level reports and dashboards that provide a clear picture of business performance.

Support quarterly forecasting and revenue planning discussions.
Additional Data Analytics & Strategy

Develop custom Salesforce reports & dashboards to track key metrics.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the sales pipeline.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to improve data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Graduate with minimum 4-6yrs experience
-
Experience working for a software company in the renewals or customer success department.
Technical Skills
-
Strong Salesforce navigation and reporting expertise (deal tracking, pipeline management, ARR validation).

Experience with Power BI for creating and analyzing revenue reports.

Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.

Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Analysis).
Analytical & Problem-Solving

Ability to interpret complex sales and revenue data and provide actionable insights.

High attention to detail, especially in forecasting and revenue recognition.
Communication & Business Acumen

Comfortable working directly with executives to provide strategic data insights.

Strong ability to explain data-driven recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Prior experience in Revenue Analytics, FP&A, or Sales Operations is a plus
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- 2-4 years’ experience, or the equivalent training/degree, working in customer success, customer support – ideally at a software company
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- High level of attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
- Salesforce: The Customer Company experience
- Experience working for a software company in the Retention, Renewals or customer success department.
