Summary:
In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This includes guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role requires ensuring that development standards are maintained, and that the software produced meets expectations for scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of technical approaches are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and quality in software engineering practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing complex project deliveries.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges effectively within a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
