Summary: We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our strategic IT initiatives team. The role involves designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-grade applications, with a focus on performance optimization, scalability, and full DevOps automation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across React, Node.js, and modern DevOps tools, along with the ability to collaborate with global teams to deliver robust and sustainable software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Participate in strategic IT initiatives focused on delivering scalable, high-performing, and automated enterprise solutions. - Design, develop, and implement features aligned with future-state architecture and business objectives. - Troubleshoot complex defects and propose sustainable, long-term solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional global teams from requirements gathering through production rollout. - Build reusable, maintainable, and extensible software components ensuring quality and supportability. - Implement and maintain DevOps processes using automation tools and best practices. - Contribute to the development of a strong technical team and drive engineering excellence. - Apply a pragmatic approach to building modular and extensible codebases. - Engage in Agile development practices and participate in sprint ceremonies. - Maintain documentation using JIRA and Confluence and ensure continuous improvement of development processes. - 8+ years of experience in full stack development in enterprise-scale environments. - Proven expertise in React and Node.js for designing and building robust front-end and back-end components. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and application monitoring. - Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and automation best practices. - Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in distributed environments. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with global stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills Core Expertise: - 8+ years of experience in full stack development in enterprise-scale environments. - Proven expertise in React.js and Node.js for designing and building robust front-end and back-end components. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and application monitoring. - Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and automation best practices. - Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in distributed environments. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with global stakeholders.
