Leads multiple aerospace datalink product development teams in Bangalore, overseeing avionics system and software design, program execution, budgets, quality, delivery, and customer support. Drives Agile transformation, cost and cycle-time reduction, digital engineering initiatives, innovation, common avionics products, strategic planning, talent development, and performance culture. Requires deep avionics expertise, aerospace software development experience, knowledge of DO-178B/C and ARP4754A, and substantial people and technical leadership.

Leads complex commercial loan servicing activities, including researching inquiries, interpreting loan documents, reconciling advances and payments, processing letters of credit, and supporting loan trading and assignments. Provides training, mentorship, work direction, and subject-matter expertise while resolving cross-functional customer issues. Supports process initiatives, operational controls, risk mitigation, compliance requirements, and accurate, timely business outcomes.

Leads a team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, architectures, warehouses, lakes, and streaming platforms. Oversees end-to-end analytics data product delivery, data security, governance, quality, optimization, and production support.
