Lead end-to-end Salesforce CRM testing across implementations and transformation programs. Coordinate test teams, manage defects, validate integrations and migrated data, support business users through UAT, report quality metrics and risks, and provide go-live readiness assurance. Drive QA process improvements, automation, test coverage, and post-release validation.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Test Manager to lead end-to-end quality assurance and testing activities across large-scale CRM implementation and transformation programmes.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM testing, system integrations, data migration, reporting, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management. This role requires someone who can define the overall testing strategy, coordinate multiple testing teams, work closely with business stakeholders, and provide confidence in release and go-live readiness.
- Define and own the overall test strategy, test plan, test approach, and release quality framework.
- Lead end-to-end testing across Salesforce CRM applications, integrations, data migration, reporting, and business processes.
- Plan and coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.
- Manage test preparation, execution, defect tracking, reporting, and closure.
- Coordinate Test Analysts and QA resources across multiple workstreams.
- Work closely with Salesforce functional and technical teams to validate CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Data, Integration, and Reporting teams.
- Validate interfaces and integrations between Salesforce and downstream/upstream applications.
- Ensure migrated data is complete, accurate, and reconciled.
- Lead defect triage meetings and ensure defects are prioritized and resolved within agreed timelines.
- Provide testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and release-readiness reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate business users during UAT and support UAT sign-off.
- Define entry and exit criteria for different testing phases.
- Support production deployment validation and post-release verification.
- Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, automation, and testing standards.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and provide confidence for business go-live.
