Validate product details and supporting claims, maintain moderation records and approval evidence, escalate unverifiable information, and collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to improve automated content validation workflows.
Digitals AI is seeking detail-oriented and responsible Content Moderators to ensure the accuracy, authenticity, consistency, and quality of all information published on our Digitals AI Marketplace.
The Content Moderation team will serve as the single source of truth for all public-facing marketplace content, ensuring that every listing, description, product detail, and published information meets U.S. market expectations, applicable standards, and company quality policies.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward inaccurate, misleading, unverified, or outdated information. Every piece of content must be thoroughly reviewed and validated before it becomes publicly accessible.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, approve, reject, and moderate AI marketplace listings before publication.
- Ensure 100% of public-facing listings undergo accuracy and quality checks.
- Validate product descriptions, features, pricing, categories, company information, and supporting claims against reliable sources.
- Ensure marketplace content meets U.S. English standards, professional communication expectations, and applicable U.S. regulations.
- Identify and correct inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, outdated, or incomplete information.
- Act as the authoritative source for approved marketplace content and maintain consistent information across the platform.
- Maintain a strict zero-tolerance approach to publishing unverified or inaccurate content.
- Continuously audit existing listings to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance.
- Escalate questionable claims or information that cannot be independently verified.
- Maintain moderation records, verification evidence, and approval history.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to improve automated content validation and moderation workflows.
- Take ownership of content quality and public information integrity.
Requirements
- Education: MBA or B.Tech only, from any specialization.
- Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Other Degrees: Not accepted.
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
- Strong research, verification, and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and misleading information.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, AI tools, and online marketplaces is an advantage.
- Ability to take accountability for published content and follow strict quality standards.
