We are seeking a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented professional to join our Change Management Office. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust project management frameworks, ensuring rigorous governance, and keeping all workstreams aligned to milestones and deliverables for our large-scale digital transformation programs.
You will:
- Draft and maintain detailed change and communications project plans including work breakdown structures, critical path analysis and dependency mapping for S4 and O9 deployments across AMEA markets.
- Establish and manage governance frameworks and cadences for the CMO, including weekly/bi-weekly status reviews, tollgate checkpoints, and escalation protocols to ensure consistent oversight and decision-making.
- Own and maintain the CMO RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring all items are captured, assigned, actively tracked, and escalated in a timely manner with clear mitigation plans.
- Connect and align with regional and global PMO teams, ensuring CMO adherence to enterprise project management standards, reporting requirements, and methodology alignment across all AMEA deployments.
- Track CMO deliverables, timelines, and milestones across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying slippages, bottlenecks, and interdependencies, and driving corrective actions to keep the program on track.
- Prepare and distribute regular CMO status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries that provide clear visibility into program health, progress, and key decisions required.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Facilitate planning workshops, lessons-learned sessions, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in project execution for the CMO.
- Documenting CMO scope changes, assessing impacts, and ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained.
What You Will Bring
- 5-8 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or PMO roles within large-scale transformation or technology implementation programs.
- Proven experience in drafting and managing detailed project plans using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent planning platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and run governance structures and cadences for complex, multi-market programs.
- Hands-on experience managing RAID logs and driving risk/issue resolution in a structured manner.
- Experience interfacing with regional and global PMO functions, aligning to enterprise standards and reporting frameworks.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously and drive accountability across teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment with multiple stakeholders across time zones.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and hold teams accountable to deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present project status clearly and concisely to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar).
- An interest in or familiarity with digital transformation, ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4HANA), and planning systems (e.g., O9).
