JR61299 Organizational Change Management Specialist

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Organizational Change Manager R&R:

• Create a change management process, strategy and comms plan

• Conduct and document Stakeholder Analysis to determine scope of impact and all end users and consumers

• Constant communication with all stakeholders to provide information on important milestones and resources

• Supporting all efforts to communicate the change, along with the ways to reduce their impact on employees

• Constantly conducting surveys and analyses to assess how the changes impact employees, assess adoption and resistance

  • Identify important stakeholders and Change Champions

• Identifying any potential risk associated with the proposed changes and mitigating it

• Identifying any interior or exterior resistance to proposed changes and managing it accordingly

• Identifying and reporting any issues that arise as a result of implementing various changes within the organization

• Creating relevant metrics to measure the success of an implemented change

• Implementing change management procedures at an organizational level

• Publish organizational level Newsletters, Reports and communications


Training
* Communicate regularly with leaders from assigned areas to gather training needs and report on training initiatives
Documentation
* Identify business needs and figure out content requirements for target audience
* Use standard English grammar, mechanics, and composition
* Adhere to appropriate documentation standards, styles, and templates
* Create and modify graphics and images
* Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy
* Establish and maintain approval routes and notifications
* Store documents in the appropriate repository, using the correct document securities and keywords
* Monitor and follow up on change requests
* Facilitate periodic document reviews for controlled documents
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Extract and categorize data for visualization
* Develop graphs and charts for metrics reporting
* Create, publish, and refresh reports on an agreed-upon cadence by key partners
Program Ownership
* Facilitate the planning, implementation and evaluation of an assigned program using the fiscal-year roadmap process
* Document key business processes, guidelines and standards
* Identify gaps or discrepancies that exist and outline appropriate interventions
* Integrate preferred practices
* Establish metrics, set targets, collect data and measure results
* Establish internal process health metrics to monitor program effectiveness and efficiency
* Implement feedback systems for continuous improvement
Project Management: Core Team Participant
* Attend project meetings and complete assigned action items on time
* Participate in crafting the project charter with problem statement, scope, objectives and success criteria
* Assist in developing the project plan to include achievements, deliverables, schedule, communication and risk mitigation plans
* Support project execution to closure
* Help prepare closing report to key partners
* Facilitate transition to sustaining mode when applicable

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools

Proficient with using Copilot/AI tools

Familiarity with Manufacturing and Semiconductor industry preferred
