Job Description
- Possess good knowledge of plant maintenance/utilities/water system/HVAC systems.
- Ensure cost & energy efficiency initiatives are identified & implemented appropriately to optimize the cost.
- Liaises with SCM to develop & manage new vendors.
- Ensure reduction of breakdown rate by utilizing preventive/predictive/CBM maintenance approach.
- Provide engineering technical support to improve plant equipment reliability.
- Stay updated on new technology advancements and works toward technology improvement of plant equipment’s.
- Facilitate development of SOP’s for equipment’s and maintenance
- Work towards improvement of spare management practices.
- Focus on skill development of engineering teams.
- Exposure in TPM/Sigma
- Exposure to multi plant/multi location environment
Qualifications
Qualification: B.E – Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation
Experience: 15+ yrs.
