Design and implement enterprise performance management solutions using CCH Tagetik for financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, and reporting. Collaborate with finance stakeholders for requirements and support end-close activities.
We are looking for a CCH Tagetik Consultant/Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions. The role involves working closely with finance and business stakeholders to deliver solutions across financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting using CCH Tagetik.
Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and implement CCH Tagetik solutions for:
- Financial Consolidation & Close (FCC)
- Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting (BPF)
- Management Reporting
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance stakeholders
- Develop and customize Tagetik models, workflows, and data integration processes
- Configure business rules, calculations, and allocation logic
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and disclosure management artifacts
- Perform data integration using ETL tools, flat files, APIs, or ERP connectors (SAP/Oracle)
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support
- Prepare technical and functional documentation
- Participate in UAT, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik
- Expertise in:
- Financial Consolidation
- Planning & Forecasting
- Cash Flow, Intercompany, and FX concepts
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS / US GAAP)
- Experience with data integration and reconciliation
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
