Job Profile Summary
The Business Operations Support Senior Associate provides executive level administrative support for business processes tailored to the specific needs of the Business Unit. This role supports key operational functions such as client intake, contract administration, billing, etc., collaborating with firm Partners to ensures processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with firmwide policies and BU goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.
This role is part of Crowe Capability Center – India and provides business operations and administrative support to global business units. The Senior Associate supports end‑to‑end engagement and project lifecycle activities while working closely with stakeholders across regions and time zones.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end‑to‑end operational support across the engagement lifecycle, including client intake, proposal support, contract administration, billing coordination, and data maintenance.
- Support global stakeholders across U.S. and other regions, including collaboration across time zones and participation in early‑morning or late‑evening calls as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely data across enterprise systems such as D365 CRM, Workday, Icertis, SharePoint, and related tools.
- Prepare and maintain Excel‑based reports, trackers, reconciliations, and dashboards to support operational reporting and decision‑making.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and client‑ready materials for leadership updates, operational reviews, and business meetings.
- Support onboarding and training of new associates and contribute to documentation and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
- Understand the basic procedures in different BU’s “such as confirmations.com; CaseWare; EDGAR filings; etc.” and help in delivering as support function.
- Coordinate administrative support for client service teams, including scheduling, meeting logistics, and document preparation for Partners and BU leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Leverage firm policies and risk protocols to identify and proactively address gaps in documentation, systems, or compliance, escalating when necessary.
- Support the development and editing of client-facing materials, including presentations, reports, and invoices.
- Assist in onboarding and training of Associates and new team members, sharing knowledge of tools, systems, and best practices.
- Drive process improvements and knowledge sharing by participating in team initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
- Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to firm policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required – BBA, B.Com or equivalent Indian or international degree. MBA / MCOM preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or shared services, preferably within a professional‑services, consulting, or GCC environment.
- Technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for executive and client presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and enterprise systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn complex systems and improve processes.
- Ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence tools such as Chat GPT available within firm and enhance efficiency in the business processes.
