Job Description

The Team

This role partners directly with program teams to develop flexible reporting views and dashboards and to iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback. The role complements the ESRA operating model by expanding capability coverage into analytics and reporting support.

The Impact:

• Capture reporting requirements and develop iterative Power BI reports and dashboards for program/project views
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports to support leadership readouts and meetings. 
• Develop Power BI reports using Microsoft Excel and other approved data sources. 
• Ensure report accuracy through validation checks and support troubleshooting. 
• Document report definitions, refresh assumptions, and usage guidance to enable ongoing support
• The candidate should be comfortable working within a 4-to-5-hour overlap window with the US team, aligned to time zone requirements. This facilitates real-time collaboration, enables prompt clarification of requests, and ensures efficient handoffs between regions.

The Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of professional experience, preferably supported by a technical or engineering degree.
• Professional experience working with Microsoft Power BI (+5 Years) 
• Professional experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced Power BI   reports and dashboards tailored to business needs
• Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query. 
• Partnered with senior leadership to drive presentations and reporting, demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills
• Good communication skills to work with peers and technical teams.

The Ideal Qualifications

• Experience supporting large programs with frequent leadership readouts
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into clear reporting solutions
• Experience building multiple views (program, project, resource) from common dataset
• Knowledge of data governance and documentation standards.
• Experience in Financial Services or Corporate Functions environments.
• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and dashboard/report design.
• Strong requirements for gathering and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working with Excel-based datasets and data validation practices.  
• Experience with other BI tools e.g. Power BI, MicroStrategy & Tableau
