Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
- Market research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Responsible for preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to company business outlook and guidelines
- Responsible for building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Required Skills
- Should have a proven track record in the role of Business development Manager in IT staffing organization
- Should have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have experience in handling RFP’s, RFI’s and RFQ’s
