Job Title: Business Development Representative

The role:

We are looking for a competent SDR to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales. We expect you to be reliable, professional and able to balance customer orientation with a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
This is a dynamic and entrepreneurial role that will see you leading new business development. The person will be accountable for developing & executing our global business development strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about international education and is confident in growing a new sales function region to help us achieve our long-term growth strategy. What you'll do:

  • Execute all initial communication and sales with prospective partners
  • Create innovative multi-channel business development strategies to connect with organisations across the NA region.
  • Lead creative research projects to acquire new prospects.
  • Manage all prospects & secured leads in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Create innovative business development materials and communications.
  • Exhibit how you can be creative in catching attention and not going overboard but still be smooth
  • Demonstrate the research that you would do to create a personal connection
  • Articulate and demonstrate steps would you follow to make the cold outreach a warm outreach
  • Attend regional networking opportunities & events.

What you'll bring:

  • 2 years of experience in the SAAS Domain covering the US market is a must.
  • Customer-oriented, extraordinary communication skills, high curiosity and eagerness to learn are must-have traits.
  • Domain knowledge in the field of SaaS, CSM, CRM or ISMS is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related discipline
