The expertise we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in IT Sales, 2+ years as a Team Lead, Head or equivalent
  • Proven experience in full sales cycle within igaming or related industry
  • Experience in leading sales teams, coaching and motivating, ensuring high performance through effective management and support
  • Advanced level of English — written and verbal, fluent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implementing effective process improvements to enhance sales performance
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to monitor sales activities and team performance. Ability to build custom dashboards, reports and workflows.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and team performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ability to support BDM team with deal closing when required

Your position will include

  • Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve company’s revenue targets;
  • Monitor team’s performance, including achieving targets and key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Report on weekly/monthly/quarterly result, develop sales forecast;
  • Contribute to establishing company’s value proposition;
  • Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions;
  • Coach and mentor team members;
  • Development of the outbound sales channel;
  • Work with incoming leads;
  • Work in the CRM system;
