This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, helping in practice acquisitions, and developing high-impact strategies to increase revenue, build partnerships, and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage experience working with English-speaking countries and international voice processes to effectively handle global clients, enhance communication quality, and support cross-border business operations.
- Identify and source buy-side mental health practices or providers interested in selling, partnering, or transitioning their operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, stakeholders, and potential acquisition targets.
- Develop and implement business development and growth strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with broader business objectives.
- Monitor and track business development expenses and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI while staying within budget.
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve patient retention and strengthen referral networks, ensuring high levels of partner and client satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and effective communication across departments to align revenue goals and support patient and referral acquisition initiatives.
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing and outreach strategies to promote the organization’s brand, services, and products across multiple platforms, driving acquisition and word-of-mouth growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field (master’s degree will be preferred)
- Candidate must have at least 4 years of experience working in similar field
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and manage complex compliance issues
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Analytical skills to assess complex legal and ethical issues
- Strong leadership capabilities, able to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
