- Identify and engage with mental health practices and providers for potential acquisition, partnership, or collaboration opportunities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and professional networking
- Leverage experience working with English-speaking countries and international voice processes to effectively engage global clients and support cross-border business development activities
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Conduct initial discussions with potential partners and coordinate next steps with internal teams
- Support revenue growth through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and progress tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and partners
- Strengthen referral networks and support market expansion initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition roles
- Experience in B2B sales, healthcare domain, or international voice process preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required)
- Proven ability to generate leads and manage sales pipelines effectively
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
