We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and relationship management in the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries across the US

✅ Set up qualified meetings with decision-makers and hiring managers

✅ Present company capabilities and secure staffing agreements

✅ Follow up on open job orders and candidate submissions with clients

✅ Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure timely submissions and interview coordination

✅ Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide regular status updates to leadership

✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business

✅ Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets

What We’re Looking For:

✨ Experience in US staffing sales or business development (preferred)

✨ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✨ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

✨ Accountable, self-disciplined, and results-driven mindset

✨ Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable steps

✨ Familiarity with VMS/ATS environments and US staffing processes is a plus
