"Summary:As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and proposing innovative solutions that align with the client's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that outline the necessary steps to achieve the envisioned outcomes, ensuring that all proposed solutions are practical and beneficial for the organization. Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement. Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. Professional & Technical Skills:- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Asset Management, Project Management and Accounting, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) Proficient in configuring and managing the entire Asset lifecycle, including asset configuration, Maintenance request, Work order, Project Quotations, Item requirement, Warranty management and item consumption against project/work orders. Knowledge ofprocurement, sales, inventory management and interact with Asset Management & Projects. Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - Any btech degree is required."
