Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders (product teams, operations, IT) to document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Analyze workflows, processes, and pain points in wealth management operations (onboarding, transactions, reporting, compliance).
Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT/development teams.

Wealth Product Expertise:

Deep understanding of mutual funds (AMFI regulations), equities, fixed income, bonds, and alternative investments.

Work with IT to design/optimize interfaces between internal systems and external platforms (RTAs, custodians).
Support UAT, defect tracking, and post-implementation validation.
