Senior Software Engineer – Java, Microservices, Kubernetes/EKS, Docker (7+ Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java Spring Boot.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs for dynamic data export workflows and configurations.
- Implement secure and scalable containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines, Helm charts, and Kubernetes manifests for deployments in AWS.
- Work with PostgreSQL and MSSQL databases to support dynamic data models and transformations.
- Optimise performance, resilience, and scalability of services.
- Support batch processing, scheduling, and on-demand workflows.
- Ensure compliance with secure data handling and best practices in cloud environments.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
- Solid understanding of AWS services for deployment and monitoring.
- Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MSSQL).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Helm charts, and Kubernetes resource management.
