Role Overview:
Could you be our next Bilingual Marketing Specialist? Globe Life is looking for a Bilingual Marketing Specialist to join the team!
This role is responsible for supporting the Marketing Department in a variety of efforts, including translations of marketing materials for multiple marketing channels and supporting enterprise-wide internal and external marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role contributes to both the development of Spanish marketing content and the creative strategy that aligns with Globe Life’s brand voice.
This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).
What You Will Do:
- Oversee the translation and adaptation of various marketing content, including but not limited to: marketing collateral, communications, scripts, websites, and digital media.
- Concept and develop Spanish-language marketing content that aligns with creative strategy and supports broader enterprise campaigns.
- Ensure the tone, clarity, and identity of the Globe Life brand are accurately represented in all Spanish-language materials.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to support the creation, review, and delivery of Spanish marketing assets.
- Present ideas and strategic initiatives to expand Globe Life’s Spanish marketing efforts and contribute to inclusive marketing practices.
- Support enterprise-wide campaigns and initiatives across all business units and channels.
- Play a key role in expanding the reach of campaigns to Spanish-speaking audiences, contributing to brand engagement and accessibility.
- Be responsible for supporting, not initiating, campaigns.
- Exercise independent judgment in developing Spanish-language content and creative strategies based on guidance from broader campaign goals.
- Apply company style guides and translation best practices to ensure alignment with brand standards.
What You Can Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of related Marketing work experience and translation experience.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with expert written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Exceptional skills in proofreading, editing, and attention to detail.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work independently and across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
