You'll be able to:
Business as Usual
  • Monitor production support processes and report metrics related to scheduled jobs, data reconciliations, and production data flows
  • Triage and resolve issues raised by end users independently and collaboratively with Enterprise Technology and Data Management teams
  • Perform adhoc data analyses and provide technical support as necessary

Continuous Improvement
  • Aim to learn the business context of dashboards to better understand customers' needs and troubleshoot issues
  • Continuously enhance and troubleshoot the performance, capabilities, and functionality of BI solutions (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, etc.)
  • Identify ways to improve our support processes and existing products
  • Adapt to evolving best practices and implement dashboard design standards
  • Stay up-to-date on latest technology trends within the BI industry and MassMutual
  • Summarize software update changes and proactively identify potential impacts to current products

Teaming
  • Be a thought partner to other Financial Visual Analytics team members for the design, management, and documentation of solutions for new reports and dashboards
  • Contribute to the team's inclusive team environment that emphasizes open communication, knowledge sharing, and timely solution delivery
  • Contribute to a team of technically minded individuals working to establish business analytics best practices that drive improved efficiency and decision making across the organization
