Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Backend Developer to join our team, with a focus on AI/ML projects. In this role, you will help develop and maintain backend solutions that power our generative AI platform, optimizing data processing pipelines and improving operational efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to the success of innovative AI applications while supporting the technical needs of our business and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• evelop and maintain core components for our generative AI platform.
• Implement and optimize vector database solutions for efficient document and data retrieval.
• Build and maintain robust backend services using Python and frameworks like FastAPI and Flask.
• Create and optimize document processing pipelines, including OCR, text extraction, and embedding generation.
• Design and implement efficient vector search algorithms and optimization strategies for large-scale systems.
• Maintain and optimize data processing pipelines for document understanding and analysis.
• Implement data caching strategies to optimize backend system performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for backend development.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python development, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
• Knowledge of vector similarity search and optimization techniques for data retrieval.
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure, to integrate backend systems and deploy solutions.
• Experience with asynchronous processing to build high-performance systems.
• Knowledge of data caching strategies and performance optimization in backend systems.
• Understanding of how to design and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems.
