Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer & Architect with 10+ years of overall IT experience and at least 5 years of deep, hands-on Power Apps and Power Automate expertise. This senior role is responsible not only for development but also for architecting scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade applications and workflow using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform AI, and Dataverse.

The ideal candidate has strong experience designing Power Platform architecture, defining governance models, implementing enterprise ALM practices, and leveraging AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and generative AI features to deliver intelligent business applications. Experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools is required.

Qualifications

•    10+ years of IT experience, with strong background in application development, system integration, or enterprise platforms.
•    5+ years of deep experience in:
o    Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
o    Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop)
o    Power Platform solution architecture
o    Dataverse schema and relational data design
o    AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform AI
•    Hands-on expertise with solution architecture, including environment strategy, ALM, governance, security, and DLP.
•    Strong understanding of SQL, Dataverse, REST APIs, Azure services, and integration patterns.
•    Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for Agile execution and CI/CD.

Personal Attributes

•    Ability to lead architecture discussions, create solution diagrams, and document platform decisions.
•    Excellent communication skills with ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
