JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager for Enterprise AI Solutions Specialists to lead a team responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling AI-powered solutions across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. This role will drive strategic adoption of Generative AI, Copilot, Azure AI services, and enterprise automation while aligning with business objectives and governance standards.

The ideal candidate combines technical depth, leadership capability, and business acumen to accelerate transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is also meant to deploy and managed both hybrid solutions.

Hybrid Identity & Directory Services

  • Manage Hybrid Active Directory and integrate internal and external applications with enterprise identity services.
  • Configure and support SSO (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC) and enforce MFA.
  • Troubleshoot authentication and sign‑in issues.

Azure Cloud Operations

  • Monitor and maintain Azure services for performance, availability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot cloud issues with minimal business impact.
  • Govern Azure resources and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Administer Exchange Online, including mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow, and DLP policies.
  • Manage OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online, including permissions, collaboration, and sync issues.
  • Administer Microsoft Teams, including policies, guest access, and user support while tracking feature updates.

Security & Compliance

  • Enforce security controls and policies across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Conduct periodic security reviews and audits.

End‑User & Operational Support

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
  • Act as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert.

On‑Premises Infrastructure Administration

  • Oversee Windows and Linux/Unix servers to ensure availability, performance, and stability.
  • Manage on‑prem infrastructure including compute, storage & backup.
  • Implement system hardening, patching, access control, monitoring, and capacity planning.

Vendor, Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage vendors to ensure SLA, KPI, security, and contractual compliance.
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure and cloud projects.

Delivery and Governance

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions:
  • Establish best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, data privacy, and AI ethics policies

AI Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute enterprise AI strategy leveraging:
    • Azure AI Services (OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, AI Studio)
    • Microsoft 365 Copilot & extensibility (Graph, plugins, agents)
  • Identify high-value use cases and prioritize AI initiatives with measurable ROI
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive adoption
  • Drive experimentation (POCs, pilots) and scale successful solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

WHO YOU ARE:

1. Computer Science background (minimum level – degree).
2. Experience using business analysis and project management skills.
3. Experience in managing development team.
4. Technical Development experience and methodologies.
5. Ability to document processes, writing of software design specifications and user cases.
6. Ability to interact with vendor, users and third parties as appropriate.
7. Project management skills, organization of project scopes and materials.
8. Experience in best-practice design, consulting and research analysis.
9. The ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, clearly and succinctly.  Demonstrates good listening and comprehension skills.
10. Is a high achiever with result oriented focus.
11. Ability to build and manage relationship with vendor and users, including all levels of management.
12. PC literate (hands on experience with MS Office applications, MS Project).
