Let’s Talk About the Role
As an Automation Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Oracle Fusion and EBS ERP systems, improving test coverage across key business functions like Supply Chain Management, Financials, and Manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as OpKey, Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), Selenium, API testing, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub).
Proven expertise in developing automation tests by interacting with UI elements, dynamic XPath, working with nested web tables and not just "record and playback" approach.
Execute and maintain automated tests in virtual environments (AWS), supporting regression, functional, and integration testing cycles for Oracle ERP applications and other systems as needed.
Perform thorough root cause analysis on test execution logs, quickly identifying issues and implementing solutions to ensure smooth execution and script reliability.
Provide regular updates on test automation development and execution progress, ensuring adherence to standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Let’s Talk About You
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills with 5+ years of experience in automation testing, with a preference for candidates who have worked on automating Oracle Fusion/EBS systems.
Able to adapt and work across multiple applications and automation tools, with deep expertise in automation frameworks and integration testing, requiring minimal guidance.
Proven ability to continuously improve and enhance automation frameworks and scripts to adapt to evolving Oracle ERP systems and other applications, while exploring and integrating AI automation tools to drive innovation.
Skilled in creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including records of issues, resolutions, and reproducible steps for defects.
Preferred
Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion/EBS ERP SCM, FIN, Manufacturing modules.
Knowledge or experience on No-Code AI based automation tools like OpKey is a plus.
