Job Description:
Knowledge Management Technology Specialist
The knowledge management specialist supports the Audit Business Unit’s knowledge management strategy and roadmap through the configuration and management of M365 technologies. Reporting to the knowledge management technology leader, you will be responsible to
- Manage and support SharePoint Online Communication and Team sites, including
- Creating, configuring, and managing Pages, Libraries, and Lists
- Configuring and managing web parts
- Configuring forms used in select Lists and Libraries using PowerApps
- Managing permissions
- Managing content types
- Managing product taxonomy in Term Store
- Configure and manage Power Automate Flows with complex arrays
- Configure SPO search
- Assist with content migration, as needed
- Monitor metrics and leverage analytics and user feedback to report on knowledge management performance
- Assist with project management and planning
- Promote the use of knowledge management solutions
- Support adoption of communities and collaboration technologies
- Work directly with knowledge content owners who are typically audit and accounting SMEs within the audit business unit
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant fields of study may include Business, Information Science, Computer Science, or Management
Required Experience
- Two to three years of experience with SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative, self-discipline, and follow-through
- Analytical capabilities
- Creativity
- Critical thinking
- Strong relationship building and management skills
- Experience working with resources in a virtual environment, across time zones; works effectively with individuals of different cultures and genders
- Detail oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment
- Energetic, enthusiastic and organized
Preferred Experience
- 2-3 years in a professional services environment
- Project management experience
