Role
We are looking for an Associate Training Specialist, Operations to join our team. This is a remote/hybrid role based in Hyderabad/Bangalore, reporting to the Manager, Training Operations within the Training Department.
You will assist in the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and events while communicating effectively with program participants, internal teams, and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program operations and utilize beginner-level Excel or Google Sheets knowledge to perform data analysis and reporting tasks.

- Manage end-to-end training scheduling through Salesforce
- Coordinate and handle logistics for training events
- Execute and manage regional roadshows
- Maintain proactive stakeholder management across internal and external teams
- Apply strong organizing and multitasking skills to ensure seamless program operations

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Practical experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
- Proven experience coordinating and handling professional events
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Specific experience with Cornerstone or similar enterprise-grade LMS platforms
- Previous professional experience in an Operations-focused role
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC)
