Associate Technical Architect - Java

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Associate Technical Architect with expertise in Java, Spring Boot and Node.js, and modern backend and frontend technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions. In this role, you will drive technical excellence, manage team performance, and contribute to innovative strategies while upholding the highest standards of design, code quality, and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Development

• Design and implement robust architectures for scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Express.js, or other relevant technologies.
• Quickly adapt to emerging programming languages and business needs.
• Solve complex challenges in e-commerce applications, including high traffic, large datasets, and transaction-heavy systems.

AI-driven development tools:

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven development tools to enhance coding efficiency, debugging, and automation is a must.

Database Management

• Work with both relational databases (MySQL) and distributed NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.), ensuring high data integrity and performance optimization.
• Experience with Spring Boot and ORM technologies (e.g., Hibernate, JPA).

Messaging & Real-Time Systems

• Design and implement messaging systems using Kafka and other middleware technologies.

API Design & Performance Optimization

• Design and optimize APIs for high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Write efficient, high-performance code following industry best practices and implement memory management strategies.

Low-Level Design & Collaboration

• Contribute to modular, maintainable, and scalable system architectures with a focus on low-level design principles.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and adapt to diverse architectural patterns.
• Debug live applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.

Technology Integration & Innovation

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into business solutions.
• Incorporate modern tools and frameworks for seamless development and deployment.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor first-time managers and team leads, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Oversee team performance, ensure goal alignment, and execute strategic decisions.

• Proficiency in backend technologies (Java) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Advanced knowledge of relational and distributed NoSQL databases (MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, WebSockets, and real-time technologies like MQTT.
• In-depth understanding of memory management techniques and performance tuning.
• Strong foundation in dynamic programming, algorithms, and data structures.
• Expertise in creating modular and scalable architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in solving scalability and transaction management challenges in high-traffic e-commerce platforms.
