DEPARTMENT BRIEF:

The billing department is responsible for issuing invoices to all FactSet clients on a timely basis. The department maintains client contact records and pricing. The group responds to requests from Sales team and external clients via email and phone.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create new client billing accounts
• Process client address changes
• Maintain invoice mailbox by filing emails and assigning emails to billing group members
• Fill out vendor and tax forms
• Respond to client inquiries for invoice copies, user-lists, account statements
• Send tax form reminders to clients
• Add purchase order numbers to invoices
• Clean up month-end undeliverable client emails
• Assist with Daily Order processing
• Respond to Sales requests regarding invoicing
• Support Billing/Collections group
• Assist with month end processes
• Assist with special projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Commerce, Business, or Finance
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service working with internal & external clients
• High attention to detail for invoice/billing accuracy
• Proactive work style
• Completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel to analyze data
