Associate Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, execute, and debug/fix automated tests of moderate complexity. 

• Identify risk and develop and implement mitigation plans under general supervision. 

• Configure regression framework to run against different instances. 

• Estimate effort required for given story or task. 

• Provide inputs and escalate issues in bug triage meetings and coordinate with development team. 

• Use developing skills to conduct root cause analysis, escalating significantly complex issues as necessary.  

• Provide support and mentorship to team members. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering

• 2 Years of Relevant Experience

Implements test automation and conducts a wide range of quality control tests, trials and analyses across systems and applications to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end user requirements. Drafts, revises and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and software strategy.
