Fundamentals team provides the highest quality of Fundamentals Data and relevant industry-related information essential for our clients to make decisions with conviction. The current position is with General Fundamentals wherein we provide comprehensive global data coverage for over 65000 public & private companies. The General Fundamentals team operates in two Operating centers Ahmedabad and Hyderabad. The team collects information from publicly available documents of private and public companies.
The Impact:
This role would involve leading a team of ~15 Data Researchers as well as planning, prioritization, and execution on BAU (Business as Usual) activities, projects & initiatives. The role requires sound knowledge of workflow, collection processes and good coordination among peers across all offices to ensure accurate & timely collection of data.

Responsibilities:
Should successfully lead and manage a team of individual contributors, virtually & in person to establish goals aligned to overall domain objectives and ensure that expected results are delivered on time, monitor and measure individual and team performance periodically
Creating an environment of consistent improvement, motivating the team to perform at a higher efficiency, fostering a culture and initiatives that focus on team building and unity
Coordinate with team leads and managers across all offices or other teams as required and work closely on deliverables, projects, or initiatives as required
Ensuring clear and transparent communication across all levels and teams. Own and is accountable for the performance of the team and the effectiveness of the production process
Responsible for collecting feedback, working on testing, and all other tasks associated with the development of collection tools and systems
Present and execute ideas for improving overall departmental processes, procedures, and tools
Continuously implement and innovate techniques to maximize productivity
Prepare various production and quality metrics and reports and ad-hoc analysis highlighting the status and/or progress of relevant matters to be worked/resolved
Work on workflow analysis, monitoring, and resource allocation as daily operational activity
Manage the performance of team members and conduct reviews
Conduct intensive training for the team, Plan resource requirements, and develop back-up and succession plans
Manage the aspirations of team members and create an environment of continuous improvement
What We are Looking For:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated individual with the ability to execute independently.
Good problem-resolution skills through effective collaboration with various stakeholders
Understanding of Lean/ Six Sigma and basics of Gen AI
Capacity to give and accept feedback constructively and provide coaching to the team.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Flexibility to work across various shifts including night shift on a rotational or need basis
People management skills, ability to build and motivate a team
Maintains high ethical standards personally and professionally, to maintain transparency in the team. Detailed analysis
Proven ability to work with minimal direction, and maintain focus while working on routine tasks
Good knowledge of the General Fundamentals Domain and knowledge of Fundamentals data collection is required
Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL would be an added advantage
Understanding of lean principles, Blue Prism, Python, Tableau, Six Sigma certification, and SQL would be an added advantage
An Experienced lead data analyst with the above-mentioned skills is preferred
