- Should have good control on excel, power point presentation, spoken and written english, local language,
- Proven track record in business development or sales role in real estate industry/Banking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels.
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend meetings, conferences, and client visits.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
