Description and Requirements
• Should be experienced in handling project queries.
• Lead stakeholders or assignees on gathering accurate requirements, understand financial impacts on their respective areas and prepare documentation accordingly.
• Should have a background in coordinating project activities and tasks with cross-functional teams.
• You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
• Report progress on project activities and tasks to project managers.
• Ability to precisely coordinate, track and maintain large amounts of data from various initiatives.
• Review, Monitor, Analyze and Report Program/Project information.
• Follow ups with PMO Liaisons, Program/ Project Managers on deliverables of the Projects.
• Should be able to understand Project Life Cycle and deliverables.
Compiling data from various sources and creating Reports on Excel/Power BI and presenting them in a pivot table or PDF / Dashboard format. These reports are created for high level management to view results and performance levels of various financial related activities
• Graduates with at least 15 years of education. Should be proficient in MS Excel and Power BI. Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
Should have Project management experience or PMP/Prince 2 certified
