Role
We are looking for an experienced Applied AI Engineer to join our IT AI/ML Engineering team in a hybrid capacity based in Bangalore, reporting to the Manager of Applied AI Solutions Engineering. You will join a team that built the world’s largest cloud security platform from the ground up, leveraging a multitenant architecture to protect over 15 million users worldwide. Your vision and passion will enable organizations to harness speed and agility through a cloud-first strategy and cutting-edge AI transformation.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Lead the AI transformation by developing end-to-end AI/ML solutions to enhance productivity and optimize decision-making across the organization
Design and implement an AI lifecycle management strategy with automated observability, CI/CD best practices, and robust regression testing frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to identify AI opportunities and distill them into technical requirements
Conduct architecture and code reviews while partnering on AI governance policies to ensure ethical and efficient AI use across the organization
Build scalable, cloud-based AI/ML pipelines leveraging state-of-the-art technologies

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
2+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML-related projects
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with experience in designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and familiarity with MLOps or AI DevOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow
Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines, model observability, and scalable architectures
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience in deploying scalable and secure AI solutions for real-world applications
Proficiency in fine-tuning LLM models, RAG frameworks such as Langchain or Langgraph, and advanced topics like GraphRAG and Model Context Protocol
Strong understanding of AI lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and designing processes for monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement
