Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and debug complex software issues.
- Experience in working with web application frameworks and understanding of software lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization to support application troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of system monitoring tools and incident management practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
