As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting multi-component business applications.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle and support methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate technical information clearly.
- Knowledge of system monitoring and diagnostic tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
