Job Description Summary:

Join the Thomson Reuters enterprise Third-Party Risk Management function, part of Risk & Compliance to help strengthening the control landscape and support the establishment of new, and delivery of existing core processes designed to evaluate and manage risks associated with external business relationships.
About the role:

  • Operate and execute Third Party Risk relevant processes i.e., entity screening, risk assessments etc. following defined processes and utilizing dedicated tooling, and within specific timelines.

  • Work closely with members of the broader organization, including Risk & Compliance, Sourcing and Procurement and other business functions, to ensure smooth process delivery and timely escalation.

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the enterprise-wide Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program and the associated projects.

  • Support KYC related activities, such as customer screening.

  • Identify and escalate materially relevant issues, identified as part of your day-to-day duty.

About you:

  • You're naturally curious, eager to learn and grow. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and strive for excellence.

  • You understand compliance, risk management, sourcing processes, contract management, screening and other forms of diligence.

  • You speak fluent English and communicate effectively and efficiently.

  • You have more than 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated industry and a global organization.

  • Risk Management is your forte and you're comfortable working with GRC tooling and processes.
