Job Description
The Chief Administrative Office of the Corporate Centers in India comprises of the central administrative functions like Global Real Estate, Global Security, Global Amenity Services, Business Document Services, Transport, Travel, Business Resiliency and Global Supplier Services. The Employee Transportation function rolls under the Chief Administrative Office of India Corporate Center. The team provides day nodal and night cab services to employees to commute from office to home and vice versa in addition to spot booking for travel within the city or for airport travel.
Job Summary
As an Analyst within the Hyderabad Transport Lead team, you will deliver multiple Transport & CAO programs across the Corporate Center. You will support project management activities, management business reporting, governance of the people agenda, and communications. This role provides an opportunity to build strong relationships with internal teams and external third parties, and to contribute to the improvement of our processes and controls.
Job Responsibilities
- Estimate financial impact and monitor program cost, forecast program performance and estimate variance to completion, research and resolve operational issues as they arise, escalating as necessary.
- Build strong working relationships with JPMC internal teams and external third parties and is point of escalation for all incoming and outgoing client queries across the complete ETS product & partners with vendor teams to ensure that SLA's are met
- Perform trend analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced control, identify resource requirements with support from business partners, Generate control mechanisms on the safety, security, compliance and billing.
- Ensure effective identification, quantification, communication, and management of risk, within firm-wide and regulatory guidelines focusing on root cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
- Develop reporting processes and management information to support a risk/controls/regulatory environment. Define and implement KPIs to monitor and manage the vendor / driver performance
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and Senior Management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business functions and processes swiftly with Proven ability to coordinate across functional teams and collaborate with key stakeholders on the execution and completion of initiatives of the function.
- Ability to adapt, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work and deliver results quickly.
- Develop reporting processes and management information to support a risk/controls/regulatory environment
- Highly organized ability to handle multiple tasks and apply judgment to prioritize the ask with working knowledge of ETS Industry and shared mobility platforms.
- Analytical and budget planning experience with strategic and risk management and decision making ability in a fast paced diverse environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex issues concisely, communicating effectively and comfortably with senior stakeholders and Strong relationship-building skills, demonstrated consultative approach and proven skill in influencing others
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Advanced level in all MS office applications including MS Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically with respect to data, technology, risk/control, and operations agendas.
- Preference on Six Sigma trained, proficient in data analytics and being able to communicate a compelling risk-based story in developing dashboards and developing workflows
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies (preferably AWS services) is preferred,
