Analyst – Equity Reporting

Leads the production lifecycle of agentic coding applications, from prototype readiness through launch, operations, releases, measurement, governance, and retirement. Coordinates application owners and technical stakeholders across IT, security, data, legal, and engineering. Manages backlogs, risks, dependencies, support models, feedback loops, dashboards, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable, governed, measurable applications.

Support CRM quality assurance during client migrations and onboarding. Execute testing according to STLC standards, validate applications, tools, APIs, landing pages, and database imports/exports, document test scenarios, reproduce production issues, and follow change-control processes. Collaborate with Solutions Management, Account teams, and development while delivering quickly and independently or within Agile and traditional project environments.

Supports analytical and operational activities through data analysis, reporting, dashboard and tracker maintenance, and data validation. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address business requirements, identify trends or discrepancies, and deliver accurate work on time. Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with an MBA in Finance.
