The Opportunity:
The Analyst - Technology works closely with stakeholders in the business teams across Roche’s global affiliates and delivers high-quality analytics solutions to real-world business problems. This role involves conceptualizing complex unstructured problems and applying analytical skills to address business questions.
- Collaborate with US business partners, external and internal teams working on Data Operations for the 867 Sales data.
- Engage with data vendors, product owners, support teams, and Therapy area experts, explore data sources, perform data investigations and provide insights to end users for data utilization.
- Analyze the data enquiries, identify the appropriate datasets, perform root cause analysis, generate database queries and provide appropriate remediation.
- Proactively maintain knowledge documents and quickly master the content, structure, meaning and intended downstream usage.
- Develop process improvements for data management and data quality activities.
Who You Are:
- Overall 1+ years’ experience working on Data Operations, Data Management preferably in a Pharma / Life Sciences domain.
- Have atleast an Undergraduate Degree: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization (Computer Science preferred)
- Should have experience in Excel / GSheet, SQL, AWS or any other Cloud services, Python and PySpark.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- Highly motivated, learning oriented and quality-focused individuals would be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues to accomplish team goals and deadlines.
- Knowledge of US/Europe pharmaceutical market and experience with 867 Sales data would be a plus.
