Job Title: Business Analyst – Actimize AML Implementation
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and support the successful implementation of Actimize AML solutions across multiple client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.
- Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Provide analytical insights to support project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Partner with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful solution implementation.
- Engage daily with development teams to review Functional Specification Documents (FSD), write Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and prepare testing documentation.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- Proven experience in implementing or developing Retail Banking AML solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle or MS-SQL databases.
- Actimize solutions including ActOne/RCM, SAM, CDD, and WLF.
- AML domains such as KYC, CDD, EDD, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions Screening.
- Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and procedures.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Trello, HP QC ALM, etc.
- Experience producing specifications for NICE Actimize customizations and AML solution configurations.
- Skilled in data analysis, data mapping, and data validation for completeness and quality.
- Experience in documenting test cases and performing QA testing.
- Familiarity with Scrum Agile methodology and working with globally distributed teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality functional and non-functional documentation.
- Experience supporting release migrations and working with internal and client teams.
