Investor Services (Transfer Agency)
Job location: Bangalore
Work mode: Hybrid
Shift:APAC Shift
Your responsibilities:

• Assist to process TA dealing activities including capital calls, distributions, transfers, subscriptions, redemptions, switches
• Prepare payment instructions and support settlements
• Maintain and update investor register and static data in system
• Prepare and issue investor statements and contract notes; support distributions/dividends processing
• Ensure strict compliance with CSC internal procedures and guidelines as well as the regulatory requirements
• Prepare checklists, reports and file documentation
• Collaborate with other teams to understand client needs and provide solutions
• Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by your supervisor

Your profile:

• Degree holder in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years investor services experience
• With Transfer Agency background is required; with Know Your Customer ("KYC")/AML and FATCA/CRS exposure is preferred
• Ability to work independently and multi-tasking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT
• Excellent in both written and spoken English.
• Independent, multi-tasking, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated
• Able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
• Mature and stable, be willing to work under pressure
