Role Overview:
Join our Software Solutions team to build intelligent conversational AI systems that revolutionize field operations and customer support. You'll focus on creating RAG-powered knowledge management systems and troubleshooting agents that make operational expertise instantly accessible worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Intelligent Knowledge Management: Build comprehensive RAG-based AI agents that provide instant access to safety procedures, operations manuals, warranty information, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting guidance
- Conversational AI Development: Create LLM-powered customer support agents for alarm diagnosis, KB article generation, and real-time troubleshooting assistance
- Document Processing & Automation: Extract structured data from logs, field reports, and operational documents using OCR and document processing pipelines, then integrate into automated workflows via N8N and WhatsApp
Example Responsibilities
- RAG System Development: Building retrieval-augmented generation systems that turn operational documentation into conversational AI interfaces
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with field operations and customer success teams to understand knowledge management needs and build practical solutions
- Automation Infrastructure: Developing workflow automation for maintenance scheduling, notifications, and customer communications

Example Experience
- 3+ years as a technical contributor working with LLMs, RAG systems, or conversational AI
- Strong Python skills with experience in LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar LLM frameworks
- Experience with document processing, text extraction, and knowledge base development
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools and API integrations
- Excited to work in a startup environment with real operational impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning modeling
- Background in computer vision or satellite imagery processing
- Prior work with business intelligence tools and lead generation systems
- Experience in industrial/operational environments
