Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications with a focus on scalability and performance
• Conduct advanced model testing, validation, and optimization for accuracy and efficiency
• Implement workflows using LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, and Agentic AI patterns for production-grade solutions
• Deploy models on Azure, GCP, or AWS using CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of AI services into applications
• Implement monitoring and observability for AI systems to ensure reliability and compliance
• Apply organizational security and compliance standards for AI integrations
• Optimize AI services for cost, scalability, and performance in production environments
• Document integration processes, maintain best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Stay updated on emerging AI/ML tools, frameworks, and trends relevant to enterprise adoption
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with solid exposure to AI/ML solutions
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, and RAG concepts
• Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (Azure preferred, GCP, AWS) with CI/CD and containerization
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and performance optimisation for AI systems
• Solid understanding of security and compliance requirements for AI deployments
• Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and contribute to technical decisions
• Good understanding of modern DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
• Solid communication and documentation skills
