About the Role:
You'll rigorously test high-impact marketing websites, landing pages, and web applications built with Next.js, React, Node.js, WordPress, and Webflow—ensuring they deliver flawless performance for lead generation across real estate, healthcare, pharma, education, and more. This hands-on QA role focuses on validating SEO, mobile responsiveness, and conversion funnels before live deployment.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, usability, UI/UX, cross-browser/device, and end-to-end testing on Next.js/React frontend, Node.js/Express backend, and MySQL databases.
● Validate marketing websites and tools: test lead capture forms, dynamic landing pages, multi-step funnels, WordPress/Webflow customizations, and internal dashboards for tracking accuracy and conversions..
● Document, prioritize, and track defects in JIRA (or similar); collaborate with full-stack developers, designers, and marketers to reproduce issues, verify fixes, and prevent regressions.
● Troubleshoot production issues independently, contribute to release sign-offs, and mentor juniors on QA best practices in an agile environment.
● Identify process improvements, such as automating repetitive tests or enhancing test coverage for performance marketing goals.
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of manual testing experience on full-stack web apps, ideally in digital marketing, e-commerce, or agency settings.
● Core Testing Skills: Proficiency in SDLC/STLC, test case design/execution, bug tracking (JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello), and exploratory testing.
● Experience auditing Core Web Vitals, mobile UX, accessibility.
● Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in fast-paced sprints.
● Excellent communication to collaborate with non-technical teams (marketers, designers).
Bonus Points If You Have
● Exposure to automation (Selenium, Playwright) or API testing tools.
● Agency experience testing client sites in real estate, education, or lead-gen sectors.
● Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD testing, or security testing (OWASP).
