What You’ll Do:
We’re seeking a talented Full-Stack/ Backend Software Engineer with hands-on experience designing and developing scalable web applications. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy working across the full technology stack, and are passionate about building high-performance, user-centric applications.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications — including front-end, back-end, APIs, and database layers.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and accessible UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Develop and maintain robust backend services and RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or C#/.NET.
- Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers to refine requirements and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following software development best practices.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, frameworks, and development tools, recommending improvements to enhance performance and maintainability.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies — HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Deep understanding of server-side frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, or .NET).
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Working knowledge of Git/GitHub and modern DevOps pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, JUnit, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
