As a Software Engineer, Backend at Notion, you will be responsible for writing clean, secure, and documented code, enhancing the Notion platform with new capabilities, contributing to monitoring and scaling the architecture, writing technical documentation, and assisting in recruiting new backend employees.

Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable automation scripts. Analyze functional requirements, identify conditions for execution, follow testing standards, and ensure defect management. Require expertise in Typescript, Javascript, Selenium, Mocha/Jest, GIT, Xpaths, API test automation, automated testing tools, and automation planning. Nice to have experience includes mobile automation, Python, CircleCI, AWS, Playwright, Performance testing, BDD, TDD, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, and Agile Methodology.
