Proactively work with Renewals Managers to renew customer's software maintenance agreements and subscriptions, create renewal offers/quotes, deliver offers on time, maintain accurate forecast, negotiate contract terms, process renewal orders, update account information in CRM, refer potential opportunities for expansion, share customer feedback, gain knowledge of insightsoftware solutions.

Proactively work with Renewals Managers to renew customer software maintenance agreements and subscriptions, create renewal offers, negotiate contract terms, maintain accurate forecasts, update account information, and share customer feedback with internal departments.
