Tredence, a U.S.-based company offering data science and AI solutions, is launching a new delivery and innovation center in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad. The company is significantly expanding its Indian operations and team with the opening of the 20,000-square-foot space.

This company will build upon its existing workforce of 400 people in Telangana, aiming to grow its headcount to more than 2,200 by 2027. The hiring push will start with the creation of 700 new roles in 2026, followed by another 1,100 positions in 2027.

“Hyderabad has become India’s life sciences powerhouse and a top-tier destination for GCCs,” Sumit Mehra, Tredence CTO and co-founder, said in a statement. “Our expansion announcement represents a strategic investment in the city’s robust data and AI talent landscape and as well as its rapidly evolving retail, CPG and consumer GCC ecosystem.”

In developing new AI-focused capabilities in Telengana, Tredence’s new center will better equip the company to serve its clients in the life sciences, healthcare, retail and consumer packaged goods sectors. The office will support programs across advanced analytics, generative AI and applied AI and facilitate hands-on collaboration with global clients.
